We are looking to hire an experienced recruiter in healthcare:,
Excellent ability to prioritize recruiting needs of our clients and change direction as needed
Quickly and effectively understand the requirements of the job brief passed to you by BDM’s.
Convert job briefs into attractive and persuasive opportunities that attract skilled talent.
Create and publish job adverts on careers pages, job boards and social media.
Efficiently source, screen and evaluate candidates for various roles and seniority levels.
Should have a good connections or database of healthcare professionals.
Source and contact passive candidates online, head hunting when necessary.
Smartly use local and International tools to best meet the needs of our clients.
Maintain talent pools for ongoing and future requirements for new and existing clients.
Expertly recruit for multiple clients across projects and across industries.
Develop and implement recruitment strategies, tactics and procedures for niche position.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Organizational Psychology or relevant field.
Minimum of 3 years healthcare recruitment experience.
Additional Information:
Proven work experience as a Staffing Agency Recruiter, Recruitment consultant or similar.
Experience evaluating candidates for various roles and seniority levels.
Knowledge of resume databases and Applicant Tracking Systems.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Local and International recruitment experience and/or network.
